How do meet scores sync?

Flipside pulls results automatically from the official scoring sites after a meet posts — usually within minutes. You don't need to enter anything by hand.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iPhone/iPad: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Flipside. On the web: go to Settings → Manage billing. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the billing period.

How many gymnasts can I track?

Up to 2 gymnasts per account. Other family members can have viewer profiles to follow along.

Is my gymnast's information private?

Yes. Your data is private to your account. A gymnast profile is only visible to others if you explicitly turn on sharing and send someone the link.

How do I delete my account or data?

Go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and everything on it — gymnasts, scores, skills, goals, practice logs and posts — and cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it for you, email us at hello@flipsidegym.ai. See our Privacy Policy for details.
